“Chef Wes Brage handled our wedding in December and to say everything was delicious would be a serious understatement. The chef we were working with was no longer available, and this happened very late in the game. Not only did Chef Wes step in seamlessly, he knocked it out of the park. We didn’t do the usual wedding sit-down or buffet but instead opted for a heavy appetizer cocktail hour and stations for dinner. Not only was it a lot of fun and kept the flow of the party moving, we got to sample even more of Chef Wes’s wonderful creations. Chef Wes and the Staff were friendly and very professional. They took care of everything and kept the wedding reception flowing perfectly from the appetizers, dinner to dessert. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Everyone is still raving about the food and how friendly Chef Wes and his staff were and we are trying to figure out how we could make those wonderful appetizers, dinner and key lime pie. “I would like to thank Chef Wes and his crew for putting together an phenomenal weekend of dinning for my daughter Ashley’s wedding rehearsal dinner and the wedding dinner. The first night was the poolside Cuban themed buffet at the Caribbean Resort in Islamorada Key. It was some of the best pork I have ever tasted and the fresh side salads were exquisite. The wedding dinner was off the charts which included the best Mahi (and I am not a big fish eater) I have ever had. I even went for seconds. The guests were even commenting about the side dishes and how wonderful they were. They even took the time during the wedding dinner preparations to put together fish tacos from fish caught the previous day’s fishing trip. FIVE STARS all the way. I would highly recommend him for any type of meal or event that you are looking to have.”
